David, I can't thank you enough for helping me find my first home! I really appreciate your sincerity and the amount of leg work you put into get me the home of my dreams. It has been a long and difficult process for the past year while I was looking for a home. You've helped me in finding a home that not only meets my budget but also, meets all of my expectations with flying colors. I talk about you to my family members and I am glad that I have a friend like you in the business. Just a word about David Keehner, Sales Representative of Royal LePage. I consider it fortunate that David was my agent in a recent sale of my home. For the first 2 weeks after listing, the market for sales seemed quite flat, but even so David had many positive words to say so as to buoy my hopes for an early sale. David was referred to me through a mutual friend. I had a home to be sold and I gave David a call and he met my wife and I at the home. He was very sincere and honest. He priced our home right and as a sales representative he went above and beyond to help my wife and I. He was very thorough and would always have the answers to any questions that we had.
